Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you receive from Revana. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hellorevana@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hellorevana@gmail.com and we will resolve this for you as a priority.
